World Science Festival

Fulfil your child’s thirst for scientific knowledge with the help of the World Science Festival Brisbane. From the 9th to the 13th of March the festival offers a variety of events for all ages and interests across Brisbane, covering space and time, robots, wildlife and Albert Einstein. It boasts presentations from experts such as Dr Karl Kruszelnicki and Brian Greene, and a series of science fiction films offered by GoMA under the title ‘Mind Vs Machine’. Presented by the Queensland Museum, the World Science Festival provides an opportunity to witness baby Loggerheard and Flatback Turtles hatching. Whether your child is partial to marine animals or the wonders of outer space, this fascinating festival is sure to inspire and develop their interest in science.
