TuteNow Learning Pvt. Ltd. ("TuteNow", "we", "us") takes the privacy of our students, parents, and tutors seriously. This page summarises how we collect, use, and protect personal information. A full notice will be published shortly.
1. What we collect
Contact details (name, email, mobile), profile details you choose to upload (resume, ID proof, demo video), session metadata, payments data, and basic device / IP information for security and anti-fraud purposes.
2. How we use it
To deliver tutoring sessions, match students with tutors, handle payments, respond to support tickets, and improve the platform. We never sell your data.
3. Tutor contact privacy
Public tutor profiles never expose tutor contact information. All communication is mediated by TuteNow until a paid enrollment is confirmed.
4. Data retention
We retain data for as long as you maintain an active account. You can request deletion at any time by writing to privacy@tutenow.com.
