Payment information may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. TuteNow may also process bank account information where required to make payments to Tutors or refunds to Users. TuteNow may also collect information voluntarily provided through feedback, support tickets, enquiries, communications and other interactions with the Platform. We collect and process information reasonably required for providing, securing, administering and improving our Services or where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Calls between students and tutors participating in the TuteNow Tutoring Program may be recorded. Demo classes and regular online class sessions conducted through TuteNow may also be recorded.

• Ensuring compliance with TuteNow’s policies and tutor guidelines.
• Resolving customer support requests and disputes.

Recordings are accessible to the participants of the class in accordance with the features available on the platform. In addition, recordings may be accessed only by authorised TuteNow personnel who require such access to perform their job responsibilities, such as coordinator, admin, customer support, trust and safety, quality assurance, and compliance teams. In providing educational services, TuteNow may process information relating to a minor Learner, including the Learner’s name, age or grade, academic requirements, learning preferences, class participation, communications conducted through the Platform and recordings of demo or regular classes where applicable. Such information may be processed for purposes connected with: providing educational services; Tutor matching; scheduling; learner safety; customer support; quality assurance; dispute resolution; fraud and misuse prevention; and compliance with applicable law. TuteNow will take appropriate measures for processing children’s personal data and obtaining verifiable parental or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law. TuteNow does not knowingly permit children to independently provide consent, purchase Services or create accounts where parental or legal guardian authorization is required.
